    - another 1 off please Shala :)

I should probably bail out but I'm trying and they're slowly coming off!

B - Scrambled eggs and beans on toast

D - Deli box noodles, salad, space raiders (3), mini gingerbread man (2)

    T - Roast beef dinner

No body magic whatsoever as I'm shattered. The joys :)
Well done, no dont bail out 1lb a week is brill:T:T

Well done on the loss Top girl.

At the end of my eating for today, and it's been a really good on plan day with only 3.5 syns.
Was tempted by tuck shop earlier, but it had sold out of everything I could have (was hoping for some 9 syn sweets), but I'm glad it had sold out.

Step wise, only up to 4900 so far, but out for a walk with my Guide's tonight, so should easily get past my 6000 target, and should get some activity minutes too.

    Well done topgirl .
Don't think of baling out. When I was pregnant with DD I lost a stone. I remember wearing a lovely clingy dress afterwards (with bigger bust than ever) and feeling fantastic!:D

I hope you’re feeling better today, wiz.

Good effort, shiprob and TG, at shifting those pounds.

You are having a tough time just now, lush, but you are still trying to deal with your issues, using a range of approaches. In beanie’s words, “Keep plodding.”

Bubbs, don’t fret; I won’t see 40 again – or 50 - or 60 for that matter! It’s not that bad! Good luck with your challenge, kathrynha; I’ve got my fingers crossed for you.

I've not managed to get to my weigh in tonight so this week will have to stay as a blank for me.

Probably a good thing as London was not good for my waistline at the weekend. We were not too far from London Bridge on Saturday when the awful attack took place and it left me feeling a bit shaken so on top of the naughty food I ate whilst away, I then came back and ordered a take-away as I was alone as I left my husband down in London as he was flying out to Finland for works, so I felt lonely and upset and turned to food.

So it's probably for the best that I got stuck at work and didn't have time to drive across the city to get to my group. I'll be back to group next week hopefully having lost this gain!

Glad you are safe MissTeach, although understandable to be shaken.

Work from home day today, so going to have to work hard to be good, but after yesterdays good day I am determined.

Breakfast - boiled egg with asparagus soldiers
    Lunch - HM pot noodle
    Dinner - Mexican lasagne
    Snacks - strawberries and melon

    HA - milk and cheese
HB - wrap - not technically a healthy b but it is closest I can get with my restrictions
    Syns - miso (0.5), sauce (4)

Body magic - yesterday I did 8286 steps and 21 active minutes. Today will be harder, but still aiming for 6000 steps, and would like to get 10 active minutes
