    Breakfast: cheat’s Eggs Benedict (hexb +2syns)
    Lunch: baked potato with beans and hexa cheese
    Snack: 2 gingernuts (4)
    Dinner: sweet & sour pork (with green pepper, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes & fresh pineapple) with rice (3 syns)
    Snack: Maltesers (5)
    Total: 14 syns

    Ah 'sausage syns' sounds so much more exciting than it actually is!

    Yikes, it's the WW scales I have, but I've found them pretty consistent so I'll stick with them.

    There's a bit on the front page of the SW site about it. Don't think they've changed much - just half a syn or so on some but there are still some Free ones (apart from SW ones, LOL!).

    Yep, the rosemary & red onion ones are still Free; the chorizo ones are still 1/2 each; so no changes to either of them.

    Thanks denise . I just checked my favourite Sainsbury's BGTY and they're still 1 syn.
    Maybe it's the SW Iceland ones that have gone up!:D
