    No point arguing with him, he either needs to realize that he screwed up, cough up the truth and then get some help (it is fixable, usually) or simmer in denial.

    Sir I'm not trying to fight anyone I had no intentions of doing fraud at all.

    The only thing I screwed up on was giving him my bank details I couldn't after that I control anything he said he was going to pay me by his savers card. Is a huge mistake that I made I wasn't trying to steal or anything.

    I reported the card lost but the told me the account has been blocked and it's under review

    WHY?
    Why did he want to pay money into your account from his 'savers card' (whatever a savers card is)?
    Why did you give him your card?
    What was the purpose of it all?
