Broke up with lass.
Her decision, not mine. Just trying to keep myself together.
My best mate has been round and has just left so I feel a little better having had chance to talk things over with him.
He was able to help me see that it might feel like it an god knows we all been there but it isn't the end of the world...
She ended it because, she said that she wanted to let me go, she knows that she might never be right again and she doesn't want to hold me back from having a better life with someone more stable than her... that broke me...
My best mate said that she has let you go mate, if you had finished with her you would have felt like a total A for doing it to her, she knew that and she didn't want you to have to deal with that so she took it on her for you. Do her right and let go... we all know you'll be right mate. Nobody's going to let you fall here... you're getting yourself sorted... we are all going to make sure you're ok.
So, I am very thankful for my best mate, my brither fae anither mither.
Thankful too for you folks on here you have been so very good to me.
I said when I started this that I would be covering all the highs and lows.... jeezo though...
Will be getting dragged out later by my mate to get some "support n therapy" he says... beers n a blether, he means, with the rest of our wee crew...

Had a good night of "support n therapy" with my friends...
Going to tackle my weekly chores and then try and get a few surveys done.
