Project Fear.
.
Not sure. A hung parliament could lead to a dip in the pound - but the markets could also read it as "soft brexit" or "no brexit" - which case it will strengthen - steady this morning - ticking upwards.
Don't want to be too chicken likenish but there are plenty of people around saying things are not all that well in the uk economy - whoever wins.0 -

I am not saying they should not keep pace with inflation - but you cannot spend the same money twice.
The whole the NHS will be saved by Labour's extra money doesn't add up any more than Diane Abbott can count.
The fact they intend to put less money in than the Conservatives is a secondary but surely relevant fact?I am just thinking out loud - nothing I say should be relied upon!

Just come back from the polls....you can tell the tory types...they wouldn't look me in the eye and kept their heads down. Sadly the selfish baby boomers will all go for mad edna and will see her through to victory.
We've noticed that in door knocking. People who are planning to vote Tory are generally too ashamed to say so. It's silly because if they just say they're Conservative voters they'll be recorded as such and never bothered again.
If a Tory canvasser ever happens to arrive at my door they'll be left in no doubt what letter to write in their little box.0 -

I don't think most people have found this an easy choice - and at least they've voted.0 -

Tbf - never understood the joy of fox hunting - what is all that about?0 -
...
The Tories don't appear to be trying to do that. They appear to be selling that, but instead lining their own pockets.
Do you use Uber?
Do you have an iPhone?
Do you use Google/Facebook/Ebay/Amazon/AirBNB/Paypal/YouTube?
This is where the real power is going.
For example, Google do have a health division, but there is absolutely no chance of them taking onboard the NHS.
..They don't want most of it.
They want to access to the valuable data the NHS generates, which they can leverage for commercial gain.
You'd be surprised how many mainstream parties have talked to the likes of Google.0 -
By the way - what's all this free breakfast crap - when did parents stop being able to put cereal in a bowl and add milk?
It's not hard !!!!!!.0 -
The conservatives want to rip up human rights laws .
Well if that isn't project fear - I'd like to see it!
If you look at the time and money ti took to deport Hamza for example - you might feel that aspects of the well-intended present favours terrorists and they'd like to apply for derogations to adjust pieces that work for the extremists and not the innocents who have rights too.
If their aim is to lock up anyone and everyone - I am sure there will be a massive backlash and they won't get such things through.
You on the other hand seem to rant about anything and everything they might do regardless of if it makes us all safer or not and that you have not seen the detail.
On that basis how do you ever expect anyone to switch to Labour if they applied the same approach to reading a manifesto - if they start with your premise that all others all spout rubbish and lies.
There is good and bad on all sides.I am just thinking out loud - nothing I say should be relied upon!

It's not hard !!!!!!.
I'm afraid it is.
A teacher friend works in a school in a poor neighbourhood of South Manchester.
When the kids come in hungry, she asks where was the cereal.
The answer? They ate the cereal for dinner the night before !
There are some real problems in our society, and a bit of food doesn't fix them.
We need to know why parents can't plan, and what really drains their money. I suspect the horrible PDL industry is more pervasive than we are willing to admit.0 -

Well, that explains why some kids need a breakfast. And these sorts of problems have always existed. But - EVERYONE.0
