Unfortunately the UK's history of being involved in world events dates well back. There's plenty of historic dislike of the British in the Middle East for example. Decades on. The next generation is indoctrinated by the previous. Dissident Republicans are very much alive and well in Eire. Although not widely reported. Bomb making materials were seized recently. Just because you cannot see something from the comfort of your surroundings doesn't mean that it doesn't exist. Be interesting to hear Corbyn's view on Qatar. Big investors in the UK as well.

I'm going to be interested to see how many ballot papers will be spoilt. I have an idea it might be higher than usual. I'm not completely decided yet but I think I might spoil my paper for the firs time ever.

I have always voted and would like to vote this time but I cannot vote for any of my candidates this is not a decision I have taken lightly. I really don't believe spoiling your paper will have any effect and the numbers will include papers spoilt deliberately and accidentally and they will not be differentiated.

Vote Green - you might not like their policies - but it's good to stick the climate on politicians radar.

You are not alone . I have always voted too, but on this occasion am not able to find a candidate which I feel able to support. My wife feels the same. The state of politics in this country is a mess - well that's how I view matters anyway - and I'm sure many others do too!
