    1. Havent got a job or much money-[STRIKE]negative[/STRIKE]yet. Is there a careers advisory service than can cast another eye over your CV at all?
    2. never had a gf before-[STRIKE]negative[/STRIKE] Us girls are overrated. We hog everything - beds, bathrooms, sofas, chocolate boxes... Seriously Sam, put girlfriends on the back burner for now. You have bigger fish to fry.
    3. cant drive-[STRIKE]negative[/STRIKE] I can't drive either. Granted, I live in Manchester and have pretty good transport links. But for now, driving also has to go on the back burner.
    4. cant cook-[STRIKE]negative[/STRIKE]Now, this is something that you can start to work on straight away. Google BBC Good Food, find a recipe you like the look of, get the ingredients and give it a go!'
    5. dont go to uni-[STRIKE]negative[/STRIKE]You don't to to uni YET. It's not for everyone. Some people, myself included, go to uni later in life. Others don't go at all. There is plenty of time to decide.
    6. dont have many qualifications-[STRIKE]negative[/STRIKE]You have more qualifications than many. I'm not sure if this is still the case, but some local colleges offer free full time vocational courses. Coursera offers free online courses too. [/QUOTE]

You sound really down in the dumps and are feeling sorry for yourself, maybe visit your GP, check for depression etc.

Get some exercise its free and is a fabulous time to be outdoors run, bike, walk anything.

Do something nice for someone else a relative, set yourself small goals this could boos your self esteem.

Nobody wants to ban you for being upset about how your life is turning out, but I was one of those who reported you for being incredibly rude and abusive to people who were taking the time and trouble to offer advice on your other thread. I feel that your "woe is me" attitude is really not helping, and calling people idiots won't either.

Going to university, learning to drive and having a girlfriend won't make you a different or better person overnight and most certainly doesn't mean that you've "made it" as you seem to think. I really do feel that you need to get some help with your negativity and self esteem before you're in a position where you can secure and keep a job. You've been rude to posters, rude to the recruitment staff at KFC and won't get anywhere in life until you change your attitude and see some positives in life.

Chat lines, gambling and your apparent anger and esteem issues tell me you need some help. Would you consider seeing your GP and perhaps requesting some counselling or therapy to help you move forward in life? I hope you take my advice in the spirit in which it's intended, though I can see that taking other people's advice or suggestions on board is not something you do easily. I hope you seek help and can move on with your life in time.

I already see a GP and get some counselling but it still doesn't really help, they can't magic me up a girlfriend, money or a car. I was rude to KFC because they didn't even let me take a holiday, i mean honestly they should be happy i even applied for them which would really have been cleaning up peoples !!!! off the table. I would have been the best one there and wouldn't have stayed long but they should be happy that i wanted to work for them.

I realise that it was bad what i said to the posters and i apoligise

1 maybe look at moving where there are jobs.
2 alot of people havent, if it happens then it happens.
3 loads of people cant drive and still manage to get jobs.
4 as above, look at doing a cookery course, watch youtube videos.
    5 i never went but I have a job.
6 neither do I, dont treat it as a negative.

You say your life isnt good so improve it.

    1. I can't move because i don't have money
    2. If i don't ever find a partner then i would actually rather die now, it is my NIGHTMARE to die a lonely only man while my stepbrother marries his gf, even have kids, and while my stepsister marries her partner and does the same, i would have failed in my life and failed in my war

There you go again focusing on the negatives so stop.

I second the suggestion of exercise, and relaxation techniques for when you're stressed and before bed.

Have you thought about yoga? I find it so helpful when I've had a bad day, and if you build it up it can be great for your body shape and strength too. Plus women always appreciate a yogi man! ;)

I'll find you something to try.

    Here's one ...

If it's helpful Adriene does videos for beginners, ones for when you're unwell, all sorts. All for free, and can be done wherever and whenever you want to.
