my cv is as good as it could be. i have been told that. i can really cycle because the nearest town you have to go through the a5 which is a very dangerous road0

You need to stop finding negatives in everything, look for positives.
I have MS, It made me a very toxic person to be around, I got depressed, hated anything and everything, found negatives in everything.
I then realised that people will stop helping if you find a problem with everything suggested,
If no one wants you is this based on your cv? Get you cv checked maybe re written.
Jobs are not going to be handed to you on a plate, you need to fight for them more so because of your needs, Fight for what you want.
i cant think of any posotive things
1. Havent got a job or much money-negative
2. never had a gf before-negative
3. cant drive-negative
4. cant cook-negative
5. dont go to uni-negative
6. dont have many qualifications-negative0 -
All,
We've had the same conversation with sam m over on the Savings and Investments part of the forums. He says the same things over and over again, no matter what advice is given. He has been angry and abusive over there to individuals, saying that they should get things INTO THEIR THICK HEADS, and calling people idiots. So much so that people started complaining to the moderators at which point his thread got deleted. This is why he appeared back here the other day ...a different audience for his ranting and raving. If you let it, it will go on, and on and on. I'm surprised he hasn't been banned yet.If you want to be rich, live like you're poor; if you want to be poor, live like you're rich.0 -

Thank you for the eye opener. Posters, I reckon you're banging your heads against a brick wall with this thread."The problem with Internet quotes is that you can't always depend on their accuracy" - Abraham Lincoln, 18640 -

Im not getting angry, its just the advice is not working, how can i take the advice if it isn't working, and why would you want me banned for getting upset about how my life is turning out, its not my fault no one wants to emply me0 -

1) you've still got some money coming in as you said you get dla. Look into esa like I mentioned to you yesterday or jsa if they say you can't get jsa
2) girlfriends not the be all and end all. Ive been single for 4 years or so now - it's not a bad thing
3) I can't drive. It's not a bad thing- saves thousands over the years from not paying jnsurance, petrol, road tax etc. I pay in bus fare what a lot of people's car insurance costs
4) buy some books - try the Joe wicks books or Jamie Oliver- cooking is a trial and error
5) uni isn't the be all and end all - many thousands haven't been. I did go but haven't really used my degree in the 6 years ive left there
6) see if there's any out there - don't know how old you are but you might be able to do a modern apprentiship or something:T:T  :beer::beer: to the lil one:beer::beer::beer:

1. I looked into esa and i can't get that, plus im still at college so i can't get jsa
2. Girlfriends are the be all and end all, i know you are single but to me its a bad in, i have never had someone that has wanted to kiss me or hug me on new years eve like my stepbrother has so its very upsetting for me
3. I know its not a bad thing but again at least it would put me on a level footing with my stepbrother who thinks he is so cool and he even drives up to where we are with his girlfriend by his side so again something i don't have
4. I would get everything wrong just like i aways do
5. Uni is the be all and end all for me, again at least i would look good and maybe even my dad might invite me to family parties or something like that when at the moment i feel he gets embarrassed by me with him living with my stepmum
6. I am 240 -
At least you have your legs and arms, so your doing not too bad compared to some.
What do you want people here to say to you?
This thread is basically 14 pages of responses where people have tried to offer advice and the whole thread is going round in circles, I don't mean to sound cold hearted but since people here are unable to help you maybe another forum with people who have experience of your condition could better assist?0 -
The problem is no one can help, im on here because it is a job forum so a good place to ask what i do next. Like i said i have no idea what to do next because no one actually wants to take me on even as a part time job, even my stepsister has a part time job at a shoe shop and did such a good job they want her to work for them again during the summer before her next year at Uni.
I mean why can't i be like that0 -
Nobody wants to ban you for being upset about how your life is turning out, but I was one of those who reported you for being incredibly rude and abusive to people who were taking the time and trouble to offer advice on your other thread. I feel that your "woe is me" attitude is really not helping, and calling people idiots won't either.
Going to university, learning to drive and having a girlfriend won't make you a different or better person overnight and most certainly doesn't mean that you've "made it" as you seem to think. I really do feel that you need to get some help with your negativity and self esteem before you're in a position where you can secure and keep a job. You've been rude to posters, rude to the recruitment staff at KFC and won't get anywhere in life until you change your attitude and see some positives in life.
Chat lines, gambling and your apparent anger and esteem issues tell me you need some help. Would you consider seeing your GP and perhaps requesting some counselling or therapy to help you move forward in life? I hope you take my advice in the spirit in which it's intended, though I can see that taking other people's advice or suggestions on board is not something you do easily. I hope you seek help and can move on with your life in time.0
