Yeah i got the letter a few weeks ago saying i had to apply for PIP. And its looking likely i won't be successful even though I actually need that money to have even some hope of becoming more independent.

Yeah well i've been doing that. I don't know why these places are so picky in who they want, they should be happy that i am applying for their job.

The thing is, for each job you've applied for, there will be plenty of other applicants who all want the job just as much as you. That's why they can be so picky. So you have to do everything you can to make sure that your CV stands out to the employers.
Forgive me if you've already explored this option, but is there a branch of Remploy local to you? http://www.remploy.co.uk

No there is no branch like that near me, the thing is i do make my CV stand out, i put in all the experience i have in there, all of the qualifications i have, all of the things i want to do the hobbies i have and why i want to work for the company

And the thing is i get so angry at the way my life is turning out, i mean my stepbrother gets a free car because of his disability CMT

My Stepsister does part time work in a shoe shop and even has got part time work there in the summer before she goes back to Uni.

Why can't I have those things, why does it have to be so difficult for me

The place where i volunteer is not good at giving me advice, she never seems grateful that i am actually giving up my time to help out. I just want money now though, there are no positions where i can apply for because i have tried every where

Maybe you need to think about leaving the charity then, if she isnt grateful for the help it cant do much for your confidence.

I take it you use the many job sites available ?

Be careful Sam. This is exactly the point, when you started discussing your stepbrother, that you kicked off last night and started telling posters to kill themselves.

I suggest you steer the conversation back to yourself. If you're getting angry again, then log off for a while.

Im not going to do that, all i am saying is that society is not fair, i am trying really hard but nothing is working while he gets himself a free car, i mean its not really fair

If some of the qualifications/experience that you have listed on your CV aren't relevant to the the job you're applying for, you could be doing yourself a disservice.

I have qualifications in nail services and cosmetic makeup. I currently work in recruitment, and neither of those qualifications appear on my current CV. If I was going to look for work as a nail technician, or a makeup artist, I'd put both the qualifications back on there.

Getting angry about what your stepbrother and stepsister have or don't have isn't going to help you in your current situation. You can't do anything about them.
