Showing my ignorance now, what is PPR? I can guess the effect but what does it actually stand for.

You beat me to it as I was going to ask the same thing.:)

Well at last they have taken notice.

I, along with many other posters have been reporting rockingbillys posts since early February, all I was told, constantly, was to ignore his posts, told them it was difficult to ignore incorrect advice to sometimes desperate people.

Oh well, it is done now, bye bye billy, wonder what his next name will be....

Am I being stupid (don't answer that!)?

I can't see the PPR under his name

I echo the other comments about it being a good thing, though

I know I'm going way off topic here but it is related to 'problem posters'. I asked the Mods about stopping people editing their posts after a response has been received. The response is that allowing it is basically viewed as the lesser of two evils as the alternative would be to delete an entire thread if the OP so requested.
I can understand that argument so may just fully quote the OP unless somebody else has already done so.

Oh he'll no doubt be back. Could be wrong but i think he's another alias of an old poster called andyandflo, very similar posting style, only ever posts in here and usually has some kind of "claim" going.
