..What I am interested in knowing is what happens to a report like that if the claimant can prove entitlement?...

I'm more interested in knowing WFT you have decided to copy and paste a thread from another forum run by the DLF.

This one, in case anyone is interested.

    As a reminder

This board is here for help and support for those on or looking to claim benefits, not for judgement.

If you want to 'help and support' the individual known as Flod who posted on that forum, you need to register for that forum and post. You can't do it here, they are not going to read it.

What the original poster said is one thing, I am asking two questions based on that post.

    1. How many people (as a percentage) with a negative decision actually go on to make an appeal?
    2. What processes are in place for the DWP to investigate how a report of that type could be made despite the claimant having the decision overturned at a Tribunal?
In other words, the Tribunal on the balance of probabilities decides that the evidence that the claimant supplies out weighs all of the assessors report.

    Umm

    You are the original poster

I didn't realise that your confusion was such that you didn't realise that

I do hope someone has reported this thread to the other website concerned.
Its not that we have more patience as we grow older, its just that we're too tired to care about all the pointless drama ;)

I have yet to see one post of yours that offers any level of help or assistance. Instead you 'follow' me around this site making silly comments that have no bearing on what is being discussed. I feel that ignoring you in the future is the best way forward.

And yours offers advise ...well not the right type and tbh I think it's time you were banned from this site for all the fraudulent crap that comes from your posts and the numerous times you have been asked not to hijack other members threads on here, but you don't take any notice and are only interested about your own views and how bad you have been treated poor you.

Showing my ignorance now, what is PPR? I can guess the effect but what does it actually stand for.
