2 arrangements of flowers done for church.
Cleaned kitchen as it was covered with bits of stem, leaf, oasis etc.
    Helped Mr N a bit with pergola-building.
    One report finished.
Continuing to do finance forms to submit for new contract.
Went to Tes£0 and nearly flattened by a horde of people waiting by the yellow stickered veg area....managed to get 6 items at 10p each so saved lots.
Nope, can't think of anything else.
    Glad dive was good FBO

  • Good evening :D
I hope you are all having a good weekend.
My day started with a Parkrun, then back home for a cuppa and to the allotment for an hour or so.
Quick lunch then off to town to buy a couple of DVDs for the kids Easter pressies - no Easter hunt this year (they are 18 & 21, so will get over it!)
A quick visit to Mum's to pick up DD2 - came back with a garden magazine and some cauliflower plants (good ol' Mum :))
Quick tea then to MIL to celebrate BIL and nephew's birthday's. Duty done then back home - time for bed now! I know I shouldn't say it, but I find DH's niece and nephew quite annoying!! And I work with children!!

Flying - I have cleaned the bathroom after cleaning myself! That is about it :)

Hugs, sticks and spoons to those that need them. Night night all!

    Happy Easter everyone! :easter:

DD has had a few little pressies from Grandparents, inc sunflower seeds, and a little egg from us. Off for a egg hunt later with friends.

The week started out well and then slowly went to pot. So spent yesterday catching up, dusted and hoovered whole house, cleaned bathroom, emptied bins, tidied under the stairs (which inc putting everything back in the 'new to me' car), sorted a couple of drawers in the bedroom with a couple of bits to go to CS, washed hounds bedding, cleaned out the fridge, stuck some foam on a corner in the kitchen that keeps threatening DD's head every time she goes past and cleaned the kitchen floor on hands and knees to get in the corners the steam mop misses. Plus all dailies, phew!

Just dailies to be done here today.

I am still cream crackered after mowing the lawn and doing the dead-heading yesterday afternoon.
Luckily Mr LW volunteered to clean the bathroom.:A
So not a vast amount done today so far apart from feeding Ronnie his breakfast and taking him for a walk; luckily his rear end has remained clean! :D

    Happy Easter everyone!

Hi pigpen  - lovely photo :rotfl: Posivibes galore for your DH.
Dizzy, I hope you get a chance to put your feet up this weekend whilst DH [STRIKE]copes[/STRIKE] spends some quality time with the boys.

All haywire here - too much to do, too little time. Need to get myself sorted by Saturday.

(((Hugs))) spoons and sticks all round, as needed x

    Hi Piggers! Utterly adorable.

I seem to be spending the day finishing off things that I started this week that needed a bit more work on them before I could say they'd been done. Working my way through the house finding little piles of half-done stuff. Still, it's progress of a sort.
    Better is good enough.

    Afternoon peeps.

Adorable picture Pigpen. She is an utter cutie  And sending job-success vibes for your DH!

Much of yesterday was spent ironing, a lot of time was endured while the current DH watched football (luckily "we" won), the rest cooking, cleaning and bathing children.

Went bed feeling very down and sad. Woke early feeling the same. Found myself in tears by 9am, trying to persuade DH to a) get out of bed and b) do something with me and the boys. Failed at that, so put a plea on FB for company and my lovely shy friend invited us over. So I went and left DH at home.

Apparently his phone went mental with people concerned about me, so he got the message, I think.

We are suffering watching football again...what an egg-cellent Easter Sunday. :(

Oh Dizzy, hope things improve soon for you.

Evening flyladies. Yesterday went much as planned. Today started badly. DH had clearly given Littley some lamb yesterday so my day started clearing up after her (and I felt LW's pain at cleaning nether regions). Then the day improved. I did the dailies, and spent the day at Dalby Forest with the dogs and DD and her fiance.

We're back now and have just had a three course meal.

Tomorrow, dailies, dog walks, must strip the bed and hoover through, and then bowls in the afternoon.

Catch you all on the new thread.
Spend less now, work less later.
