Old Save4It Halifax account

My son is grown up and lives abroad. I've found a Save4It passbook with a small amount of money in it. Does anyone know what sort of account the balance will have been transferred to and could it be arranged for it to be managed online?

This says they write to the account holder on/around their 17th birthday.
http://static.halifax.co.uk/assets/pdf/savings/pdf/back-book-savings-account-conditions.pdf?srnum=2• Around the child’s 17th birthday we’ll be
in touch about your account, the options
available and what will happen to your funds
if we don’t receive instructions from you.
However, at all times, you’ll have immediate
access to your Save4it balance and interest.
Looks like a call to Halifax for your grown up child is needed.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Budgeting & Bank Accounts, Credit Cards, Credit File & Ratings and Energy boards.
