A quick fly past to say Morning.
I hope everything is ok in ValliLand. ((Hugs)).
WM running and I am stuffing a quick breakfast down while waiting for it to finish, so that I can hang it out and dash off to work. LR dusted and about to be set upon by the vacuum cleaner.
It's last day of term here today. DD looking forward to a lie in tomorrow, then planning on taking DH on an expedition to N£w L00k :rotfl: well he volunteered so it would be rude not to let him, given that he has the car.0 -
Morning everyone! Thanks for the warm welcome! Managed to get home at 9 last night which is an improvement from the 10:30pm of the last few days. Going to try and leave at 5pm today at the latest in the hope that I can actually get home and do some exercise before flying!
Must also remember to phone Virgin media today about the direct debit they just took from my account - was supposed to have free installation as they messed us around with dates when we moved in, but instead have taken £72 out of the account yesterday!
Hope you all have a good day, I'm going to go and plough through my spreadsheets at work. Morning,
Catching up with bits that haven't been done today. So far changed our bed and DD's, dusted bedrooms and hoovered all of upstairs, and S&s bathroom.
5 min sit down before attempting downstairs.
Hugs, sticks and spoons to those who need it.0 -

It's not as if we're strangers, is it?
I know precisely what the problem is, I think; I don't like me, so it seems inconcievable to me that anyone else could possibly like me.Unfortunately knowing that doesn't put me any close to solving it.:think:If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
LW - I like you, especially because you like dogs.
Afternoon flyladies, I have a long weekend ahead and DH and I are leaving the dogs with DD and her fiance and escaping tomorrow to the seaside. I can't wait.
Before we leave in the morning I need to pick up a parcel from the PO and DH needs to check in with the doctor.
Today, as well as the paid stuff (not a lot at the moment), I've walked the dogs twice, second time for two hours, done the ironing and dusted a bit in our bedroom. Think that's it. I'm quite tired now and looking forward to DH cooking our tea.
Have a great Friday and weekend everyone. I'll probably catch up with you all on the next thread.Spend less now, work less later.0 -
LW - I second what Jazee says.
Jazee - have a lovely weekend away.
A longer day at work than expected - well, by my standards and what I am supposed to do anyway. No flying to report since this morning. Washing got dry in the gorgeus weather, I spent 1/2 hour in the garden making sure that the green bin was going to be full for next week. Dinner cooked, kitchen tidied, DW running, a few emails dealt with. All very boring when I read back, so I'll sign off. Have lovely evenings.0 -
Morning all
Last day of term here, where on earth is this year going?! Looking forward to not having to rush around like a loon every morning, but no doubt in a few days time I'll be looking forward to them going back!
Paid stuff this morning, then I need to get some fuel and pick up a bit of food shopping. I'm also going to insist on an hour on the sofa before school run time - paid stuff has been exhausting recently.
Have great days all xxMFW
