    Morning All,

    Feel a bit rung out this morning, meeting went on until 11pm :eek: then I couldn't sleep so only had around 5 hours.

    Plans for today are school/pre-school runs, 3 hours paid stuff, home for lunch and hopefully a kip (!), return library books then pick kids up. Also need to wash our bedding - it's windy here so hopefully should dry in no time.

    Big hugs to you Valli x
    YL - I hope your week improves, and I'm still giving you a kick up the bum as requested ;)

    Have great days all xx

    Morning all,
    It's a lovely morning here. DD bed stripped and remade, and WM on, planning to hang it outside. HHI gone. I have an hour now to whizz around the kitchen before I go for a short run. It is bribery from a friend - I run with her and she gives me a lift later to get my hair cut!
    Valli - I hope everything is Ok with your dad this morning.
    HB - very envious of your kondoing. I have so many towels and spare bed linen, that I am sure some should be gone. I keep the towels for when we finally get the dog we have been promising ourselves. However the number that I have saved up, I think we are planning on a herd of Irish wolfhounds :rotfl:
    Have a good Wednesday everyone.

    Morning all,
    Feeling battered and bruised this morning after yesterday. Had a gyny appt to sort out an issue left over from the birth of DD 2 years ago :eek: and physio for my hips!
    Only 2 appts left of the 6 I've had in the last 3 days to go today.

    Hugs to your OH FFP I know what it's like to have to up meds.
    Sending every positive vibe I can muster Valli hope your dad pulls through.

    After that sorry sounding ramble I'm off to fly :hello:

    Morning all. Thinking of Valli's dad, and hoping that anyone with hosp appts, illness etc is ok soon.

    Today I have been for a run, and walked the dogs and that is pretty much it.

    Paid stuff that isn't quite paid stuff now.

    Have a great day everyone.

    Morning

    Hugs to all those with poorlies to think of xx
    Enjoy the cake dizzy you deserve a treat xx

    Another day at home for us although we may pop to the tip later this morning. We are not yet dressed :o

    One wash done and out to dry - I have a dining room full of clean clothes. Sorted last night into ironing and putting away but didn't actually put them away.

    Kiddies sorted loads of toys, they did really well. DS has lots of Thomas stuff to sell. So I need to organise that.

    Piggies spent the night outdoors (well, hutch of course) and lol I felt some guilt pangs but they seem happy enough and are out in the run now.

    Suppose I'll go have a shower...

    I shouldn't be posting as no Flying is happening, but my excuse is that it's to send GWS vibes for ValliDad.

    Glad the Flymeet was good; I'd love to be able to attend one, but if I'm realistic about it, I'd as like as not bottle out at the last minute. We have Mr LW's pal coming over this evening for his "Doggy Fix"; he's been visiting us for years, but I still get anxious to the point of shaking about him coming, it's just how I am.

    Bluebell has decluttered a whole lot of energy, doing mad circuits of the back garden with her ball in her mouth.:D She's currently snoozing on the sofa. She also sleeps on our bed at night; apparently she sleeps on her Mum's bed - her Mum thought she's settle in her own bed if it was in with us (no way she'd settle in the kitchen on her own) but she clearly wasn't happy, so we relented and let her come up - she doesn't fidget or anything, so she's no bother. :o

    Right, back to lurking. ;)
    If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

    Healing vibes for Mr Fun Fair Prince, and for Mr ValliDad, with (((hugs))) for Mrs ValliMum and Valli.

    Sorry you're in the firing line, YL. Very hard when someone takes their problems and own stuff out on their subordinates at work.

    Lynne, we used to have a random piper around here who came into the communal garden, unbagged his pipes on the bench and practised for a couple of hours. I realised then I didn't mind it at all which was just as well because there are two terraces of four houses facing each other, about 5m apart so the echo factor was intense. I rather liked it then, but he's not been around for a couple of years. On Tuesday it was a lone piper somewhere within ear-reach but I've no idea where, and I found it rather comforting.

    Part of the kondo-ing was a massive pile of dogtowels, Fayolle because like you I couldn't bring myself to edit it before. In reality he only needs three or four big absorbent ones for when he's soaking, and a small one when he's damp. The rest have gone and the dog cupboard looks a lot better for it.

    Lamewolf, I'm pretty sure everyone would be very, very gentle if you ever did turn up at a Flylady meet and if you bottled out you could always position yourself on the opposite side of the cafe/pub reading a newspaper until you felt ready to join the group. It's not as if we're strangers, is it?

    Photo of primrose bank taken to show it in full bloom in case it gets mown by the council in error;
    broken glass on the pavement Kelpie and I walk twice a day swept up;
    nyger seed feeder washed out and a full clean one put out to see if that's the problem;
    all gibble rehomed to the CS;
    box for the scrapstore has gone into the back of the car for when it's next open and I'm out and about;
    shopping done at Morribunds;
    electrical spare part that I've been searching for since January sourced at long last;
    Kelpie hydrotherapied;
    dehumidfier emptied at the chalet and the water poured onto the recently planted pear tree over there.
    I awarded myself my annual Order of the Drive Through MaccyD for lunch as a reward for all of that in one morning.

    Now to compose a letter of apology to a local politician who I shouted at yesterday before it becomes a Frog. I'd rather eat a bit of crow.
    Better is good enough.

    Valli, hope everything is ok, hugs

    LW as you know I am only 'down the road' I would be happy to meet you, for however long you can cope with, where ever as well, and if you turn round and go home with out meeting, that is fine as well, I can always visit DIY shop for plants well to look at plants, so it would not be a wasted journey :)................ Greenbee, AnWmum, MrsMP & son, mavymoo can all vouch for me :rotfl::rotfl::j
