As long as you abide the terms and conditions you should have no problems. CNM are pretty straightforward, Through experience some others are not so. TIP make sure you keep the dispatch note.

I am sure that there is a thread somewhere about trying to renew my contract even though I am only 6 months into an 18 month one.
I cannot afford to pay £35.00 per month so was hoping that there are other options to reduce my bill.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks Genesis123 but I would still have to pay 3 for the next 12 months on existing contract I think.
What I need is to get out of my current contract and restart a new one with 3,any ideas?

I believe you have to be with three for 11 months before a change of contract. Give them a ring on 333 and ask what your options are.

Mmm I order the 6500classic yesterday, still shows as in stock on the website, but has not been delivered. They do not have a date as to when it is available. Surely they should reflect the webpage to show out of stock?
