I know QuidCo hasn't been updated yet, but I contacted Three directly and they say the new rates are:

    Mix & Match 300 = £20 per net connection.
    Mix & Match 500, £15 Texter, £20 Texter = £50 per net connection
    Mix & Match 700, 900 = £80 per net connection
    Mix & Match 1100 = £100 per net connection.

the 3 plans seem to be much better value than T-mobile flext - or am I missing something here?

Dont forget on t-mobile you get two texts for the equivalent of using 1 minute talk time, on three, only 1 text.

yes but calls are effect 20p on tmob and 10p for a text. On three its 12p for both so better value unless you are a heavy texter! ;)

went into phones4u today totally peed off...they were going to give me a free N95 on orange £30 a month 500 xnet mins unlimited texts...or a free N95 on vodaphone with car charger...car phone holder...second battery....for back up...and a bluetooth headset all for free for £40 amonth 600 xnet mins with unlimited texts...I have had to pay £49.99 with 3 for the handset although it's on £28 talker amonth which is 750 mins xnet and 150 texts...which was the better deal...I should get mine tomorrow from 3...:D

  • Am I right in thinking this is an excellent 18 month cashback deal on the Nokia 6500:

    http://www.coolnewmobile.co.uk/handset-specials/nokia-6500-classic-black-completely-free-line-rental/

I have just finished a 12 month deal - No problems with cashback though a tadge late in paying - and am thinking of going for this Nokia deal as the Sony K800i is not in stock at present. Any thoughts? Good or bad...
  • I have just signed up for this... Never done cashback before. Fingers crossed.

I was tempted by that 18month free deal but read the coolnewmobile thread and thought it wasn't worth it!

Instead I'm hoping to get 500 combo - £50 quidco, £30+ plus sell whatever phone I get (probably 6120 which goes for around £90) and use my Vario 2 :)
  • Fail to se any point in paying for mobiles these days.

Why pay when for your phone or calls and texts when you can get them all for free?

Presumably due to the problems people experience when using cashback deals
  • I am doing cashback for the first time. The way I look at it, If i get the cashback bonus, if not, I would have had to pay the line rental anyway!!
