New Three Tariffs - 1st October

Guys,

Three are moving towards flexible tariffs, akin to T-Mobile's Flext, which'll be launching on Monday. Therefore, there's only a couple of days left if you want to take advantage of their current price plans.

Details are below:

We're introducing tariffs which challenge the market norms - revolutionary flexible price plans. Mix & Match tariffs will give customers the choice of our flat rate price plans with the option to add as many minutes and texts as they like each month. We're keeping things simple so 1 text = 1 minute.
Our new tariffs also make top-end handsets available to everyone with our new Video Packs. Customers buy a video bundle with their new handset and this is added to their price plan every month. This means that they can actually choose the handset they want without being tied into a price plan they don't like.
How it works.
There are seven tariffs which start at £15 and end at £27, the tariffs increase in £3 increments. The £15 tariff offers 300 minutes or texts or any mix of the two. And each tariff increases by 200 minutes with the great flexible options since they can move up or down by £3 whenever they choose.
1 text = 1 minute on all the tariffs. And we've made sure that customers can rest easy because the out of bundle charges are simply 12p for both voice and texts.

Any news on whether this is 18 month only, or for 12 month contracts too?

This is across all price plans, so would be for all length contracts.

so for £18 i would get 500min and plus the k850i should be out by then.

think i'm going to wait - as all i'd get now is 500min for £20 and 100 texts (i dont really text) and i'd be settling for the w660i........

The price plan is for the tariff only. The extra bundle you take determines the phone you get. I will put full info on here tomorrow.

Nooooo my contract is due soon they sent me a text offering 2 crap phones both which you can buy for around £40 in tesco and 2 crapish phones selling at £70 in tesco I want the nokia N95 which is a brilliant phone but wonder what I am going to get with it...:eek:

With Three's new terms and conditions for al dealers, I doubt there will be any cashback offers.#

Mix and Match tariffs are 18month only.

Thier Texter and Talker 18 mth contracts are continuing.

Plus the VTT350, 700, 1100, 1300 and 2600 are also continuing.

New phones coming out are the Nokia 6500 slider..

The short answer is you wont get N95 free except on £45 tariff (or rushand grab a 28 talker plan and pay 50-100 for the phone!).

I am several others quite recently had a really good go at beating them into giving us N95 -the wouldnt even match other networks £30-£35/month tarriffs.

A few of us have N6120 classic instead. Apart from the camera it really is what Sid Harper said- the "N95 lite". It does everything the N95 does (thoughyou need a sat reciever for sat nav- you can use nokia or google maps though with out this). Vewry happy with mine and gradually getting it sorted re all the add ons I want.

Hi,

Yes, £15 Talker, £15 Texter, £20 Talker, £20 Texter and £28 Talker (18mth) Continuing.

As stated before Mix & Match Tariffs are 18 month only.

Still going through a 52 page presentation now, that was emailed to me this morning.
