I got 14, which is my birthday too :j
Got paid today and transferred all my money to debt, savings etc. Less then 30% to pay now :j. I'll be away from tomorrow for a week. I hope you all have a great start to the month.
I'll do a wee grocery shop today or tomorrow so that I don't leave DH and DD sitting without food (DH would just go shopping every day ).
Aim: I aim for 18 spend free days again
Plan: I will have a chat with DH after I'm back about finances as I just find out what he really earns and we need to talk
Rest: I will get plenty of time to do that at my parents next week
Invite: we should really have another dinner/pot luck party this month
Love: Can't wait to start the garden proper after I'm backDEBT 02/25: total £6100 Debt free date 12/250 -
I can't say this month will be any odder than usual.
I'm out of town 2 (or 3) weekends of the 5 on offer. As it is a big birthday later in the month, the birthday when I should have retired, there may well be another event but it isn't booked yet and there are a couple of nights out on the calendar.
My plan for the first week of April is to see what's on offer in terms of reductions e.g train card, cheap films, glasses and the like. Do some number crunching, pay the bills. See if I can get any more reductions in the monthly expenditure. There may be some more work on the horizon...
Love: As I don't have a garden and only 1 house plant, I will work on planting seeds for a healthier, longer life. And get out more in nature.

I'm in again too please.
Aim - Along with greent I'm not too bothered about exact NSD's as because of the location of shops I shop based on where else I happen to be going to save on petrol. No point adding 25miles on to do all the shopping in one day.
My BIG Aim for April is daily exercise.
Plan - Planning done. I'll get paid next Friday, but I have done the budgeting with what I have. Money put aside for savings and for DH birthday present. We are away next week, but hotel/flights on CC already covered. Just been offered extra hours by work. From home as we finally got the remote system up and running on Thursday (amid much hair tearing). But won't count on it just yet.
Rest - Deliberately staying in a hotel next week rather than with the family (small baby) we are visiting. The hotel has a gym and pool. I am going to do a lot of recuperating while DH studies. Still rather cold up here, but hopefully we can enjoy some sunshine down in Winchester.
Invite - We have friends coming tomorrow to play silly board games. We invited ourselves to Winchester to visit S&BIL, and we will hopefully see other S&BIL when we get back.
Love - I definitely need to love my garden. The destroyed greenhouse and the door in the middle of the grass need to go to the dump. The roses I bought at Christmas and completely forgot about planting seem to have survived (heeled them in!) So I need to find a spot for them. I will fill the bird feeders after I give them a scrub.
My daffs and crocus' look lovely. I bet my Camleia is going to flower while we are away though. Sulk. I'll think about other bits while I'm away.Goals - Weight loss 6/26lb at 22nd Jan 18Mmmm. 26lb at 1/7/18. Oops:o0 -
Hello Everyone
Back tomorrow so will have a proper look at April's budget then. Think it might be a bit tight to make up for the unexpected expenses in March. I also prefer to watch the pennies rather than NSDs because of where we live and the way we shop.
Starting off again with weight loss, no alcohol and walking. Have a list of household and personal things I want to achieve but will take it slowly so C and I can spend some quality, restful time together.
Will phone my sister in law over the weekend and invite her to lunch. Seeing she is OK is a priority now. Lovely cousin is in Spain for a friend's ruby wedding just now (lucky her) so will catch up with her when she gets back and arrange to see the other cousins too.
I had lots of containers on my porch last year and it looked so cheerful. Council is planning to rough cast the walls (could be anytime between now and September) so I can't make any plans just now. Still got some houseplants.
Off to pack and give the cottage a quick tidy now and then have dinner.Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.0 -

Thanks all for joining me this month.
I have allocated everyone a number up to here.
Can't believe I managed to allocate 2 people numbers which coincide with their birthdays, it must mean something unless I am psychic!!!0
