I have an S5 at the minute but what is Touchwiz and the Google launcher?
Google Launcher is what you would get with one of Google's own phone. Many of the brands want to 'improve' or 'differentiate' and put their own 'skin' on it and add features. Sometimes unsuccessfully. Touchwiz is Samsung's own version. Got itself a bad reputation for being bloated and not improving things much, but has got better recently, and isn't really a deal breaker any more.0
