Thanks again for everyone's help. Would have probably paid the fine, had it not been for this forum.

So happy that we stop people paying this scumbag industry every single day!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • Hi all.
So i received the NTK in the post from UKPC. I completed the online appeal form with the template in blue font.
I then used the drop box to select that I am the registered keeper but also filled out the remaining boxes with an red asterisks......did I submit these by mistake as I just realised that I'm giving my details away when the template is suggesting they are in data breach by contacting the DVLA for this same information ? Much appreciated.

They already know your name and address - they posted the NtK to you.

If you have further questions, or you want to refine that one, then please start your own thread.

Yet another hijack of a thread over 6 months old.

This stuff is excruciating. Why don’t newbies just simply abide by the agreement they signed up to just a few minutes prior to being accepted as a new member by the MSE forum?

It’s small wonder that so many fall foul of PPC signage, then look for a free bail out.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
