UKPC Driver/owner left site fine

Hi,
I received a parking ticket from UKPC at crown point Leeds on the 22nd of Feb for “vehicle owner/driver left site”
I have today (27/3/17) received the NTK
I’ve read through the various threads and drafted the letter below using the info in the Sticky thread.
I am fairly new to this site and just wanted to check I am doing it correctly?
Do claims from UKPC end up being settled or do they give up after a certain amount of time?
Thanks in Advance
Dear Sirs
Re: PCN No. ....................
I challenge this 'PCN' as keeper of the car.
I believe that your signs fail the test of 'large lettering' and prominence, as established in ParkingEye Ltd v Beavis.Your unremarkable and obscure signs were not seen by the driver, are in very small print and the terms are not readable to drivers.
There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. You must either rely on the POFA 2012 and offer me a POPLA code, or cancel the charge.
Should you obtain the registered keeper's data from the DVLA without reasonable cause, please take this as formal notice that I reserve the right to sue your company and the landowner/principal, for a sum not less than £250 for any Data Protection Act breach. Your aggressive business practice and unwarranted threat of court for the ordinary matter of a driver using my car without causing any obstruction nor offence, has caused significant distress to me.
I do not give you consent to process data relating to me or this vehicle. I deny liability for any sum at all and you must consider this letter a Section 10 Notice under the DPA. You are required to respond within 21 days. I have kept proof of submission of this appeal and look forward to your reply.
Yours faithfully,

They are normally beaten at POPLA (not at this stage, expect a silly letter asking who was driving - ignore that!).
They will have no evidence that the driver left the site, so you will win at POPLA by stating that plus the usual POPLA template points shown in links in post #3 of the NEWBIES thread.
No-one settles/pays this lot of ex-clampers, who are infamous for doctoring photos.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Send the template by whatever method it tells you to use on the NTK.
Wait for the rejection and use the time in between to research your PoPLA appeal.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -

Deny the charge. Ask for proof. Tell them to look here

I've just read that, it's brilliant, particularly as its VCS (on Doncaster airport land) that my own dispute is with, albeit it's been quiet for the last 10 months.
Not that I think it's gone away yet, but the ineptness of these companies when it comes to court appearances is massively encouraging (if it ever got to that stage of course):rotfl:0 -
I received a reply from UKPC asking me to provide evidence. I haven't got any receipts...should i wait for POPLA stage or turn it around and ask them to provide evidence that i left the site?
Thanks0
