Our internet is very slow. I can't even do a broadband speed check. When I click on internet icon it says 100mbps. But it takes a minute to load one page on desktop pc.

If you mean the icon on Windows right hand side corner then that will be the speed of the Ethernet card is connected to the router, not the internet speed. You need to run a speed test, why can't you? Even on dial up can run a speed test.0 -

1. has it always been slow?
2. when did you last turn router off (wait 10 seconds) turn on again?
3. I assume the pc is connected via a cable to the router? If not try a cable
4. is there any other device you can connect to the router to confirm speed? e.g. Android or Apple phoneIf you put your general location in your Profile, somebody here may be able to come and help you.0 -

If nothing's changed in your house - have you rebooted the router yet? - chances are its BT; if you're paying for Business - get them to sort it out.If you put your general location in your Profile, somebody here may be able to come and help you.0
