I have where appropriate factually stated something that I know to be a fact.
I will not give advice as promised before. but will mention if I have been through something or my wife has similar to what the poster has said.
I still don't understand why I am still getting these ridiculous comments as above - maybe others should refrain from posting anything other than advice??
Problem is with your 2014 diagnosis of confusion and dementia and your regime of medication how do you know what you are saying is right. And, if you can't be sure then how can anybody else? That is what is bothering me
I'm well aware of how that effects people as that is what my dad had. And, he got very confused
I've tried to be sympathetic as I know what my step mother went through but I'm getting past that now. It looks more and more like you are someone who just can't keep his word0 -

Medication affects people in different ways. Yes I have regular A&E attendances and look forward to IV Morphine! But the MST that I am prescribed does not have the same effect. For someone to be asleep for 18 out of 24 hours because of Morphine, is wrong - you should go back to your GP and tell them of this.
The brain scan shows early signs off Vascular Dementia as well as brain damage caused by the failure to seek hospital attention.
Personally I don't care what you think or believe and do wonder if both of your postings have been made in the spirit of what this forum was set up to do.
What I have reported are the facts.
I have, I did, he prescribed Modafinil

He is so confused he can't remember already applying for PIP.

Do I presume that your post refers to me?
If so who is that Billywilly character and why have you somehow related it to me??
If you spent as much time as making these stupid and inane comments as actually giving advice your credibility would improve.
Your post has been reported as I am starting to lose my patience with you.0 -

There is NO way your as bad as you try and make out you are .
All your after is free money for your grand children and want the state to pay your RFL for your prestige car.
And your opinion outweighs that of my various consultants/GP and the Pain Clinic?
As for my ability to write posts in such a way that they are understandable and with a good level of the use of the English Language is testament to how well educated I am.
People don't lose their education and intelligence just because they are disabled.
What I expect from the DWP is recognition that my medical advisors are correct in their diagnosis, prognosis and treatment decisions..
If that results in a financial award so be it. On a personal level I would hope to have exemption from Road Tax (which in reality is not that important as the tax is only £30 a year) and the automatic right to a Blue Badge.
I wouldn't say that the award would be free money, more like a full return of the 20% tax on my State Pension alone that I pay every year (£2059.20). How many people do you know that have their whole State Pension taxed at 20%?
As for a prestige car, I pay for that out of my taxed income. If being fortunate to be able to do that is a problem for you then you too should have worked harder and saved more during your working life.
What I do with the money that may come from an award is my choice. I don't see anything in the rules/regulations that dictates how I should spend it.0 -

So you should be more than capable of filling in a PIP form, I was.

Im sorry but didn't you say in a previous thread that you only have one car now which your wife drives and the RFL is £500 a year? and that she already has a BB??

]Both my husband and i pay a little more but have never felt the need to state this on a benefits board.

Ok i'm done, you tie yourself up in knots with your differing stories, i'm going for a nap.0 -
Your NI contributions pay for your oa pension and all the healthcare you've received and continually use.
But you don't need a BB as you just double park anyway to get your scooter on the back seats also to make sure your prestige car doesn't get dinged.
And good for you that your getting all of your oap taxed, but did you really have to boast about it.0 -

Of course I could write on the form, but if you don't understand what to put and more importantly understand how to write the information you are stuffed. That is how I got into this position. I needed someone who knew what and how to put down the correct information.
My wife has bought a new car today:
http://www.jaguar.co.uk/jaguar-range/xe/xe-models/xe-portfolio.html
Instead of it being a 3.0 turbo diesel it is the new clean 2.0 version. that incurs a £30 a year road tax payment (109g/km). Delivery is on the 30th to avoid the new road tax laws that come into play on the 1st April for cars costing £40,000+.
Just pointing out that I probably still pay into the system via tax, more than the average worker does.0 -

All taxes, NI contributions, and even the road fund tax all go into the same pot.
You actually do need a BB to park on double yellows. I don't have a scooter and never have had, thought about it but that is as far as it went.
Too right, would you park an expensive car so close to another car, the owner of which probably doesn't give a damn what damage they cause with their car door? Better to be safe than sorry. I've seen far too many 'hit and run' incidents in car parks. One recently whilst reversing out of a space took the side off the car parked next to her. The noise it made made people stop and stare. What happened next? She just drove away with half her front bumper dragging on the floor and leaving another car looking like it had been in a serious accident. The driver should have at least left a note to say what had happened, admitting her guilt and giving her full details.
Boasting about how much tax I pay - I wish!
I was just pointing out that people like me at 67 are still paying more in tax than some that work. Without us there wouldn't be a Welfare State0 -

Be my guest, plenty more of those users to post :cool:Its not that we have more patience as we grow older, its just that we're too tired to care about all the pointless drama0
