If refused you have to ask for a mandatory reconsideration. After that you lodge appeal and while on appeal you get full payment. Appeals averase 6 months. If you don't appeal payments of dla/pip are supposed to run on for 10 months!

I was also refused pip, rockingbilly. and i don't think it's fair or right, the way the other users have been treating you on this site. The dwp is having a laugh imho!
