YAAAAAAAAAAYYYY!!! Congratulations! I hope the rest of the move goes well and you get some sleepLisja1979 said:we got our offer! So happy 😀😀
What was your timeline if you don't mind me asking?1 -
Thank you! Full application went in on 31/1. Valuation instructed few days after and then done on 11/2/22. Advised on 15/2 that it had gone to final review. MA emailed today that we had offer, that will be received in the post. So 22 days in total 😁Smokey8899 said:

They have a page for brokers highlighting the current SLAs, which says their average SLA is 16 days... so 22 days doesn't feel too bad.Another question (sorry!) did they ask for lots of additional information? We've had one round of questions and request back after initial application - so just wondering if I need to plan for more. Our valuation is today - so hoping that's swift and accepted!0 -
We only had a request for some additional information just before the valuation was done. Nothing after. The waiting was horrible. Hopefully your valuation will be fine and then yours will go to final review and you will then get your offer shortly after! Fingers crossed for you!Smokey8899 said:

Okay done - hopefully similar situation for us. Starting to consider prepping a blood test ;-)Lisja1979 said:

It’s so stressful isn’t it. Not sure when we will complete as it’s not been built yet. Watching everyone else on here (mostly) going through the same thing and then getting their offer gave me hope! I’m sure it will all be fine for you too. The relief when it comes through is immense! Our broker told us that if they instruct valuation then they are pretty much happy and then it can take a while to review everything for final sign off. Hang in there but I know how stressful it is. I’ll finally get some sleep tonight!Smokey8899 said:

Hi, can anyone recommend a reasonably priced solicitor that are on kensingtons panel? Our chosen one isn’t on their panel so won’t act for us. Preferably in Scotland but not a requirement if they will act on properties in Scotland. Thanks!0
