I am feeling a bit better but craved salty crisps and chocolate tonight. So I have had both.:o
We collected the climbing frame today. It has a platform and den, plus monkey bars. The children are going to love it. Mr P is going to look after DGD while DD and I go to the dentist tomorrow. My tooth repair didn't last until I got home last time so something a bit more permanent will be tried tomorrow.
In the afternoon we can build the climbing frame. Then if DGD is feeling up to it she can play outside on the climbing frame.business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

Thinking of you all. Hope you are feeling better, tooth fixed.
Lots of good thoughts for thursday, our four legged friends are such wonderful companions and when they are poorly life is so sad.
I type this as #lovegaston is snoring his little paws off beside me. Defiantly dreaming of mices or should I say birds which he delivered to me earlier in the week!As a dear MSE friend says “keep plodding” or

I have been MIA for quite a few days. I hadn't realised how many days it was that I haven't posted.
Latest news..........
Poor old dog was put to sleep this afternoon. The vet, who we trust implicitly, said that it was the only thing we could do as poor old pup was in so much pain. He, and we, gave it our best shot..... It feels really quiet here now....
DGD is back at school this week but we went straight from having her every day to looking after, nursing , the dog. Mr P and I are both shattered and in need of chocolate.
We also had my niece over from Oz. She and DB spent some time with us before they jetted off to see some of Europe together. I was concerned we might have overspent as we did enjoy a drink on the pub verandah a few days last week before the dog's op but finances are okay.
We have a muscle food order on it's way to us. I haven't written or followed a meal plan for about a week so time to knuckle down again and get back to money saving and paying off the credit card.
The pickup needs far too much welding to make it worth our while to keep it on the road so we have advertised it for spares and repairs in various places. The local scrapyard only offered us £150.
Tomorrow's plan;
Transfer £500 to new 0% interest credit card
Cancel dog insurance and print off form to see if we can claim anything back: highly unlikely as it was a pre existing condition when we got dog from DD.
Pay water bill for cottage
Pay for new internet connection for cottage.
Make optician and dental hygienist appointment
Read up instructions for new window frame which arrived a few days ago. I am going to glue, prime etc.
Write an inventory of food in freezers and larder.
Write meal plan for two weeks.
I think that this will all keep me occupied for a while tomorrow.business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527
