    What a great thread and challenge :);). Well done everyone :T.

    I've been inspired to take part, if that is ok, and try and increase my NSD's. So far I have had 3 NSD's this month and I am going to try for 15.

    NSD 4/15 it may be only 4pm but I'm not going out! Was SO tempted to try out the new Turkish place which does healthy and delicious rice and meat but I resisted and will eat something from the (almost empty) fridge - the lure of the NSD was too strong! :T

    Small spend day - £3 on a yoga class.

    I had £10 leftover from last week's food budget so I've reduced it to £30.

    I spend £11/30 of my food budget at the fishmongers and got 12 mackerel figures and 2 herring fillets. They are small so will have to eat 2 at a time. Put some in the freezer and will have the rest over lunch for the next couple of days.
