    Can someone help please, im going round in circles trying to find the syn thing online:o

    Bubbs that is awesome!!
    To get to the syn calculator, on the right hand side of the lifelineonline website there is a syns and weight loss tools box. I normally click the picture of the pizza! Then on the next page click syns online.

    Are you able to get on to the SW site? It's a long time since I joined but your consultant should have given you a number to log on. If you can get onto the site then we can help you navigate it.

    Well done to all losers and STS. It can be annoying when you don't get a big loss but what matters is knowing why.

    I had a SW friendly breakfast and a big lunch out. It was a 'could have been worse ' sort of meal. Not hungry for any more today.

    On my computer I've saved the syns page in favourites as that's what I mostly use. I can always go from there to the main site if I want to.

    Generally speaking I can get syns online easily on my phone and I prefer it on there. It doesn't limit the list to 30 items.
