Fantastic kathryna . Good to see you back on track. :T
That's right bubbs 2 small or 1 large slice of wholemeal is 6 syns.
I had some cake tonight. Someone brought it to my dance class to celebrate. Only a small piece of carrot cake but I shouldn't have had it. Now I'm feeling fat, last week's holiday catching up.
100% back on plan tomorrow but Thursday onwards looks difficult as more eating out.0 -
Maman, more worrying the weight off I'm afraid rather than back on track, but hey, it's a loss
Beanielou, high tea sounds lush. Everyone needs treats (yes that includes your piece of cake Maman)
Todays plan:
Breakfast - fruit
Lunch - chicken salad
Dinner - risotto
HA - milk and cheese
HB - not sure yetZebras rock0 -

Well done on the loss Kathryn.
Funny old day for me today as I'll be at the vets at lunchtime then running club and committee meeting from about 5.30-9.30 tonight. So going to go for an early lunch and early tea, and take a couple of Alpen Lights and a banana with me tonight. Then straight to bed with no supper when I get home!
B - None (slept late)
D - Bacon, onion, mushroom, tomato omelette
T - Pesto pasta (1.5) with salmon, onion, mushrooms, tomatoes
HEA - Milk
HEB - Alpen lights
Syns - Sugar in coffee (up to 4), pesto (1.5), hot chocolate (2) = 7.5
My Speed is all basically the same stuff in both meals - does that matter do you think?

yeah I'm hoping it will all catch up at some point!
We are at rugby this weekend and my plan is much the same as last weekend. there's no breakfast at the hotel so I got some long life semi skimmed for littlie to have on cereal pots/drink (may take some milkshake powder for her and not sure how she'll be with long life) I will take a punnet of strawberries and cut up some of my melon in to a tub to take along with a couple of apples and large oranges that should be breakfast sorted. alpen lights as hebs. it will be subway for lunch on Saturday (kids sub deal for littlie and a 6in probably for hubs then a salad bowl with ham or turkey for me - no sauce, no cheese) then evening meal will be out but I'm going to pick something basic and on plan where ever we go. lots of walking and crafts/activities with littlie to keep me busy!
everyone is doing so well it's inspiring me to keep ploddinggetting my hair done on Monday so that will be a pick me up and joining the gym end of April which I'm looking forward to! and on track with savings plans for holiday in may and September so all in all everything else is going well!

Last nights tea was some Pasta with veg (incl sprouts sorry maman)
DH made it & it was yuk so I ate the veg & left most of the pasta & sauce. That sounds angelic, but it was someone's birthday yesterday and I ate a cream cake (12 Syns) and then I scoffed leftover pastry from DD's plate after dinner.I just cannot say no.
Todays plan:
B : Cup of Tea
L: Soup (HexB), Melon, FF Yog + berriesMushroom Omelette with cauli/broccoli
10lb to lose & keep off in 20204.5lb/10lb:rotfl:0 -
Sorry I have been awol. Having horrendous stressful time in work. Plodding with the diet but not expecting anything this week as not been focused enough. Got to go back and catch up somewhere along the way!0

Full of admiration for those of you plodding on waiting for a result. It'll come if you stick with it.:A
I'm out to eat for the next two days. I've made fairly SW friendly choices in advance for Friday (formal dinner) but tomorrow's lunch I've no idea yet although the pub generally has a wide menu.
So that means today I have to be very good. I'm really fancying some wine syns but will do my best to resist until tomorrow.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, ham, fried egg, HEB toast, mushrooms and tomatoes
L: ham, bubble & squeak, picklesAustrian ham hash (onion, carrot, mushrooms, celery) with cabbage, cauli and broccoli
Syns: none planned
I've just realised I have half a HEB going spare (only had one slice of toast) so I might have an Aldi bar this evening. Will also put some cheese on top of hash as I can spare it from my HEA. We're getting on well with the BoB milk, much more taste than skimmed.0
