    Keep plodding everyone.

Just be satisfied that you enjoyed the cake, maman.

One more sleep. India, here I come (and Dubai later). I may not be on very much over the next couple of weeks, but I do intend to eavesdrop. I have no idea how I will do SW wise; I'm not really going to think about it much.

I'm a bit...meh about that result! Was hoping for a bit more. But, a loss is a loss and this does now put me back to my lowest weight with a 5 stone 9.5lb loss in total. Only 4.5lb to get my 6 stone award but I know the Easter holidays will get in the way and set me back again so I need to try and be good between now and school breaking up!

1lb on boo but not undeserved. Well done to the losers, my sympathies are with the gainers. Ach well next week is another week and I might even try harder lol. Had a week of eating out, cocktails and lots of sociable-ness (is that even a word?) and even more of it planned for this week so who knows what is in store.

bubbs, I’m being a real, unoriginal tourist and going to the Golden Triangle – Delhi, Shimla, Agra, Jaipur. I have never been to India before and I am looking forward to some entirely different experiences.

    Well done, MissTeach.

GT have a safe journey and a wonderful time! I've never been further east than Turkey but would love to.

MissTeach that sounds like an excellent result to be back to your lowest weight, and being so close to your 6st should keep you motivated at this time of year.

I've been pretty bad again this week so just hoping for a STS tomorrow, but then I have three weeks off from my Spanish classes so I'll have no start-of-week stress to eat through and hopefully I'll be able to stick to it a bit better.

    Today's plan:
    B - coffee
D - Pesto pasta leftovers - salmon, onion, mushrooms and cherry toms
T - Italian chicken and tomato soup, keeping it light before weigh in in the morning!

Just realised I'm going to smell of fish going into school this aft - oh well!

    Have a good day all!

Have a fab holiday greentiger. I love India as I lived there for three years, and Dubai is an amazing way to start.

Thought I had posted yesterday but didn't obviously as I cant find it so can you put me for +1lb please shala.

Not a great start to this challenge at all but that should be all my celebrations out of the way now until end April as then it is DH birthday and then nothing until mid June.

I have pledged to lose the 3lbs I have put on over the past two weeks this week so I am having to be on it 100%

    Today is:

Breakfast ham, cheese and tomato on toast, DG coffee x 2 (4 syns)
Lunch Cougette soup (1 syn), apple and yoghurt
dinner: toad in the hole (8 syns - PON recipie) with cauli brocolli and carrots
    snack: satsuma

hope that should keep me going if not I have some speed berries in the freezer.
