Bubbs I think that will be the weight you will be when you have lost 10% of your start weight - it's one of the 'targets' and I think you get a sticker when you reach it. There are meant to be lots of health benefits to losing 10% of your weight, even if it is short of your target weight - loads of info if you google it.

Hi Bubbs - The first one would have been your current weight and the second one was most probably your Club10 weight which is when you've lost 10% of your starting weight. It does tell you your Club10 weight on the screen when your card is in the machine. Not sure about the 10 week thing, unless that's an estimate on how long it will take you.

Everyone does it different - but with new members I ask them if they want to set a target and it's usually an interim one, just something short term to aim for, as it's better to break it down into smaller chunks if you have a lot to lose.

Well done on your loss lizzie :T

What's loose meat and potato pie wiz? Sounds tasty, give us the recipe. :)

I'll be missing my mum too tie but DDs will bring me cards and flowers so will celebrate. No meal out though. I hate going out on 'national' occasions as restaurants tend to overbook, employ too few staff and plate up mediocre food. I'll be cooking my own roast and it'll be SW friendly. :)

The loose meat and potato pie , you must know what it is , if not it's
Cut up steak I use half a pound. Dice your potatoes onion I put it in as a half then take it out cause I don't like them. You can cut it up.
Cook the onion and steak in your slow cooker with seasoning . When it's tender add your potatoes and beef stock cube cook again in cooker or transfer to a pan and cook on the top of your oven. If the rest of the family like a pastry crust put everything in a large dish. Then put the crust on ,brown in the oven and Hey presto loose meat and potato pie (( crust extra )) I didn't have the crust :p

No crust but I had a chocolate eclaire from Tesco after my tea. I think I would have prefered the pie crust ha ha
