God I just can't seem to stop eating today!
Lost 1lb at group yesterday and I have changed my target. Was originally 9st 12lb, so I've changed it to 10st exactly. I am happy with that and even when I do get to target, if I do slip down to 9st 12, then I will still be within my range.
Was part of the social team yesterday doing the weighing but had to go as soon as the weighing had finished as we went shopping into Birmingham.
Will stay next week, as I'm hoping to get to my target!
Need to pull it back for the rest of the week. Have a good week all. xStriving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £26,322.670 -

Well done on your loss:T:T thats an amazing total , when you set your target did you do from the start? or did you say eg, 3 stone, then upped to 4? etcSealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance:0 -
Well done tweets :T
All you need to do bubbs is post what you'd like to lose in total in the next 5 weeks and then post your weekly losses.
I had a great time thanks Shala but it does feel good to be back on plan. I'm organised for the week until my next meal out on Thursday. I write a meal plan and shopping list every week now it's a habit although I used to do I before SW as it saves time in the shop and it's very mse as I always make sure I use up what I've got in before buying more.
P.S. I love chocolate marzipan!
Today's EE plan :
B: NAS grapefruit, 2 boiled eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: JP with tuna and picklesroast chicken, SW roasties and parsnips, swede and carrot mash, cauli, kale
Syns: gravy and weekend wine watching footie:footie:

I just set interim targets on the way - my last interim target was 11st and then once I reached that I set my PAT. My body doesn't seem to want to get to 9st 12 though. The lowest I've got down to is 10st 0.5lb.Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £26,322.670 -

Can I please join the challenge with a goal of 6lbs?
I have loads to lose so I'm aiming for slow but steady. I'm hoping it will be easier to keep going if I see it as a lifestyle change, rather than a short term 'diet'.[FONT="][FONT="] Fighting the biggest battle of my life.Started 30th January 2018.
