A STS for me this week - very lucky, really, because I don't think I really deserved it...
I did stick to plan, and not use my syns for rubbish today - but think that was mainly due to fear of evening weigh in!
So, a new week... Here's hoping I can make it better than the old one!! I've still got way too far to go on this journey to start trailing off yet...

More losers, well done all
Hugs to the sts and gainers. It happens to us all at times.
Another none working day today, and it's lovely weather, so I'm taking myself off to the local RHS garden with my art stuff. It's something I haven't done for ages, but promised myself I would.

Minus 1 for me please Shala.
That's the lb I had on last week off, pleased enough with that! Hopefully next week I will see a good loss when the 5.2 has kicked in.
Off to the cinema tomorrow night to see Beauty and the Beast with Mother, going for dinner first and will go for steak or chicken breast with veg or a spud - staying away from the chips!0 -

Yeah I usually buy this one but it's only me that will eat that flavour and I don't eat it fast enough so it ends up growing new life in the fridge! need to find a strawberry one/similar really - I'm thinking if I got a big pot then littlie can eat from it too rather than buying two lots
today is dragging alreadygoing for lunch earlier than usual today as I have a few bits to do so going to power through them all around 12.30

A Loss of 0.5lb for me please Shala
Bit gutted as both DH and a work colleague commented on how I looked like I'd lost weight, and I've really stuck to plan the whole week. Still, a loss is a loss

:T to losers. You threw me a bit lantanna, I thought it must be Saturday! Have you changed WI?chocolateteddy wrote: »Why can#t I get back on track. I need to plan but keep putting it off. I need to get back 100% on track or I will not get to where I want to be in the summer.
Wise words and I think you've answered your own question.
You sound really well organised lush. It's a good idea to do an online shop especially as you can get bits and pieces in your lunch break. And I know you won't be tempted to overspend.:A I think it's a great idea to find foods that you can all eat. It'll save money but also make it easier for you to stick to plan. Which recipe do you use for pulled pork?
Have a lovely holiday denise. The weather looks set fair for the weekend and most of next week. I'd wave to you but you're probably taking the Portsmouth ferry rather than my local one.:)
I was quite good last night. The pub had specials so I had lamb chops, crushed new potatoes, broccoli, green beans and a load of carrots as my friend didn't want hers. I think it was syn free other than some oil on the lamb. Shame wine isn't syn free (I'm sure you agree lois).
I've managed to eke out the food supplies until today. I did pop into the little Co-op for some milk last night. I got BoB milk and also some YS packs of chicken breasts. I can't go shopping yet as I'm waiting for a parcel so I'm going to have some savoury rice (free old pack) and pickled cabbage for my lunch. Odd combination but it's a case of raiding the cupboards. Just need to write my meal plan and I'll be organised for the week. No meals out planned until next Thursday so hoping to lose anything I gained while I was away.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage with HEA milk
L: rice and pickleschicken 'kiev', SW chips, green stuff (medley of whatever I buy), mushrooms
Syns: squirt of syrup, weekend wine:)0
