    Yes - but they are implying that it covers ALL carers when it does not !!
    people are going to be in for a shock when the truth emerges - with parking fines (extortion) widespread !

    lots do, mine got rid of most of it's disabled spots and now have to use main car park ,though can take over an hr to find a space if lucky leicester charges everyone the same
