things have improved I think had an orange and a plum and a slice of melon.grapefruit, mushrooms beans bacon and chips for tea. with breakfast 2 and lunch 2 I reckon its 10 portions. :-)
have noticed that most of us are reaching more than 5 a day even if we fail at the 10. so its good and an improvement even on "bad"
    days.

I agree oldtractor any extra fruit and veggies can only be a good thing.

Started the day with an orange then omelette with tomatoes and mushrooms. A mug of hm veg soup and tonight I have some roast ham with orange sauce ( I don't think this will count!) asparagus, broccoli, carrots and cabbage. Few potatoes for hubby.

Around 8-9 portions. I may have a kiwi later.

    Yesterday wasn't a bad effort.

Breakfast: Blueberries, banana, strawberries (with soy yoghurt and granola)
Lunch, Mixed salad, olives, celeriac, hummus, stuffed vine leaves with tomato
Dinner: mushrooms, beans, fruit & nut bar

So I reckon that will count for the ten. Today could be more tricky as I'm out all day. Breakfast was a fruit & nut bar plus a banana, so two down so far.

Sorry been away but will get back on track with you all. Whilst away I had an Hello Fresh order delivered - I forgot to cancel it. So I'll be focusing on veggie bases meals this week and will also make sure I make lots of low sugar jellies with fruit.
Simple idea: I take one packet of sugar free jelly fill a small glass to the top with frozen fruit and then pour in the jelly. I packet makes 4 jellies and it's a great way to get about 3 portions of berries in. It sets in about half an hour as the fruit is so cold and it tastes really nice. Off to do that now.
