I’m going to give this a try, I might not make it to 10 but I can at least try and aim for it.
I can get to 5 without much thought, I always have a banana first thing followed by overnight oats with mixed dried fruits mid morning so that’s 2 before lunch. Lunch is nearly always couscous with chilli and a small amount of cheese (I’ll start throwing some cucumber in too) and a orange. That gets me to 5 the tricky thing is going to have another different 5 in the evening.
I only have a tiny little freezer compartment in my fridge so the amount of frozen veg I can store is limited. Maybe I’ll start putting tinned sweet corn in the couscous that will help.
Looking at my meal plan for the week most of my evening meals only contain 3-4 vegetables.0
