Today I've scoffed:
- Crumpet/chocolate spread. 0/10
- Mac/cheese & tin of tomatoes. 1/10
- Syrup pudding & custard. 0/10
That's probably not looking too great is it. Oh well. C'est la vie0 -
Today's not been bad:
Breakfast: oats with raspberries and banana
Lunch: Butternut and sweet potato, topped with mushrooms, onion, spinach, sugarsnaps with chili and garlic
Dinner: Salad: crab & mackerel with lettuce, watercress, cucumber, radishes, beetroot, spring onions.
So I think that'll do for today. Definitely getting jaw ache from all the chewing though. Lunch was a goodun. That needs adding to my repertoire.0 -
Yesterday was an epic fail on the ten a day, as we were out of the house from breakfast until bed.
So I managed to get in: banana, raspberries (a surprisingly good in-car snack), mushrooms, peas, pineapple and olives.
