Elite and DC chasing ticket from 2014

yes you do need to tell them of your new address , even tho TNC have a new one , and you will not be replying to them , the last and ONLY address that elite have from the DVLA was your old one
if they wish to they can start court action ,and win by default , as you will not be defending , at a later date when you find a CCJ , you willl have to go thru a lot of agro to get it removed .
by telling elite by a letter sent a specific way , they will be in trouble if they attemp court with your old address
a recorded (or whatever its called this week) can be refused , therefore a refusal meens they have not read it , with POP , any letter sent by 1st class is deemed to be delivered 2 working days afterwards .
please do as suggested , write back to them , give them no excuses , inc all you can , dont contact TNC , as you will be a live fish and get lots more junk mail0 -

The Harmony House address for Elite Management is an an accountants
http://edwardsaccountants.co.uk/
https://www.endole.co.uk/explorer/company/postcode/ws9-8lz
It is Elite's registered office.
This is Elite's website showing an address in Lower Hall Lane, Walsall and Walsall phone number (right at the bottom of the "About Us" page)
http://www.elitemanagementonline.co.uk/0 -
Elite Management (Midlands) Ltd PO Box 6870 Walsall, WS1 9PD Telephone: 01922 722388 Company No: 06733401 B.P.A. Membership No: 30495
I would have thought the companies registered office rather than a PO box number

never mind sent 2 letters , infact send one to the director Gary hart , at High Barns Bungalow, Six Ashes, Bridgnorth, Shropshire, England, WV15 6EP0 -
Thank you both,
Would you feel something like this would be sufficient, and apologies for the apparent hand-holding through this process, just want to be careful.
RE: Notification of Address Change
Dear Sir or Madam,
Following the receipt of a TNC Parking Services letter sent 15th February 2017 with you (Elite Management (Midlands)) named as the creditor, it appears that you have the registered keeper address under the former and now obsolete address.
This letter is to notify you that the addressee of your most recent communication has a new place of residence. Therefore, please change the information in your records and send all future communications to the new address listed below.
A copy of the most recent communication from TNC has been included for your records.
Current Address (as of communication sent 15 February 2017):
123 made up avenue
b12 345
New Address:
345 madeup st.
p4r kng
Following this letter, any communication sent to the previous address will be seen to be a deliberate act in breaking down communication from my party to yours and will be dealt with in the strictest manner.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

If it were me I would put "obsolete address" and I would omit the last but one paragraph. But that's my opinion.0
-
Obselete address as the subject? an just wanted something at the bottom to make them aware.0
-
The subject line is fine.
I meant change "current" to "obsolete" so as not to confuse them if they just skim read. Actually, I would put NEW ADDRESS first followed by OLD ADDRESS.
With regard to the last but one paragraph, as you have been ignoring them for 2+ years I wasn't sure that was the wisest thing to include. More experienced posters than me will no doubt be along to advise on that paragraph.0 -
I will remove the last but one paragraph I think. I just want to be enough for them to amend their records, I understand if I send it recorded with proof of postage then they will see it, I just don't want to miss any LBC or anything of the like by sending to the old address.
Thank you DollyDee0 -
Don't send the letters recorded (Signed For) - they can refuse them.
Send 1st class with free proof of posting from the Post Office Counter.
