Elite and DC chasing ticket from 2014

And send the letter along with a copy of the letter received by TNC over to Elite?
I just find it remarkable that this has all come back after 3 years?! The building was in receivership and the designated landowner at the time had not instructed any such company to ticket cars in the first place, this may have stood prior to this but just shows the lengths these companies really go to.......0 -
if it gets to court , you can ask to see the contract , only in court tho ,,0

Just to make everyone aware, TNC are in some cases going the MIL Collections route, actually purchasing the debt and then taking the case to court themselves. This will all end in tears eventually.
So check if they told you they purchased the debt.Dedicated to driving up standards in parking0 -
Thanks guys, currently shows Elite Management as the creditor, this would suggest that they are acting as a DC rather than purchasing the debt themselves?
I would rather deal with the PPC directly if it went that far.0 -

not seen a case yet , any links?
TNC are BPA members , I suspect that the BPA would (unlike the IPC) clamp down as the DPA facts are clearly shown when signing up0 -
So my options really are slim to none?
Not at all. No-one is telling you to pay. TNC are just a debt collector to ignore.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks you for the replies everyone!
So notify Elite of my change of address to stop them from sending anything court related to the old address, continue to ignore TNC and then await further information from Elite?
Again, has anyone seen anything related to notifying a PPC of a change of address?0 -

Elite are the PPC (private parking company) and you are going to tell them your new address
do nothing (at the moment) with the TNC letter0 -
I understand that clearly now

I was asking the audience the question if anyone has sent anything to a Private Parking Company notifying them of a change of address.
Of a forum with close to 500k views on the sticky thread alone, I am sure there are others that may have been in this situation prior to myself.0 -
