I saw one yesterday, a white BMW with the number ELV 1S on a Lithuanian (LT) plate.
Strange, as according to Wikipedia this isn't a valid format for a Lithuanian number.
Edit: it may have been Latvian (LV) which does allow personalised plates0 -

There's an egg wholesaler van round our way who has EGG 130X with the 1 and 3 pushed closer together than they should be to look like a B0 -
Londoners may well know of Pimlico Plumbers who disguise the age of their many vans with plates like B4SIN and LO02OLD.I need to think of something new here...0
