Parking Ticket Help!

Gladstones have refused to put it on hold. The reply came back within minutes, so I assume its automated.0

Entirely so
Noone here seems to get that you have to preempt their instant refusal, because their instant refusal will then m,ore obviously look like a template
POitning out they have X years left to subnmit a claim makes their idea that thre is any pressing need to pursue a claim now seem silly.0 -
Ok so they have come back to me following the SAR.
They have sent the pictures of the car - it's very dark and the quality of the picture isn't great so you can't make out any markings (I'm guessing that helps the case). You can see its parked symmetrically with cars in front and next to it.
You can see the reg and the fact a PCN has been put on it.
They deny receiving my message informing them the NTK was outside the 14 day limit.
They have sent a copy of a reminder notice.
They haven't sent a copy of the PCN, NTK or any other letters they sent.
Any advice? Surely the fact you can't even make out the markings in the dark helps, and the fact the NTK was outside the 14 day limit.0 -
Meant to write 56 day limit sorry not 140

Am I on to crafting a defence now, or is there something more I need to do at this stage? Sorry for bombarding, don't want to drop the ball on this!0
-
Have you received a claim form from Northampton CCBC? If not, no need to create defence yet (apart form to get ahead of the game), if you have, have you submitted the AoS?0
-
No I just had the letter before claim, so I sent the SAR (they sent back some dark photos of the car, can't really tell much about where it's parked). I also sent the request to put it on hold but they refused.
I also read the sticky and sent Gladstones an email saying their letter doesn't comply with the practice direction.
That's everything for now isn't it? Really appreciate the help0 -
Email Gs and tell them you are awaiting the SAR from their client and are seeking debt advice, so they MUST put the case on hold for 30 days.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

But they've come back to me on the SAR now anyway? (albeit with dark pictures and little else)0

Do you want more from your SAR? If so then email the PPC back and email Gs saying you are seeking debt advice (complete lie, but it gets you 30 days to get more SAR data if you think something is missing).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
