drizzly rain here this morning & feeling a bit nippy out,
dashed back in after topping up feeders
'cause seem to have caught a
cold from somewhere,
home made tomato soup on the menu for later hopefully
will clear it

Morning, well done on the wins yesterday. Weather here wet and chilly. Just put the heating on for an hour. I have a couple of days off now,So relaxing today and catching up with comps. Housework will still be there tomorrow,lol. Hope you all have a lucky day.

Good morning all.

Love reading some of the reply's in here. To give me a pick me up.

I have been getting a bit down with all this comping as i been doing it every day for over two months now entering over 100+ comps a day unless it is a weekend and have won nothing

But any way it is lovely to see you guys all happy.

sometimes it takes a while to win then other times it can be
like buses & come one after the other
we just have to take it each day at a time & treat like a fun hobby & hope comping fairy sprinkles

Good evening everyone, sorry not been around much but been really busy at home with family and things. I hope you are all keeping OK and getting some wins.

Never tried tripe Alfie, the look of it put me off. Remember when I was a kit there used to be a tripe shop in the town where we lived.

Douglas is still being really naughty. The problem is he is such a big dog that its hard to remember that he is still a puppy. Got in DD's bag the other day and chewed her glasses case and broke a biro up all over the wooden floor!

Welcome Lea, firefly is right it takes a while for wins to start filtering through. Best thing to do is just enter and forget and think of it as a hobby.

Think it's going to be an ok weather day today.
Managed to crack on with shrub pruning in the garden
yesterday (it was very warm out - although looking
iffy - very strange weather but quite comfortable to
work in) so had better get on with the decorating today!

with our lovely fire**fly and sylv :A - wins are often like
buses - except in my case where the comping fairy seems
to have mislaid my address! :rotfl::rotfl:


Always treat it as a fun hobby and enjoy. That's what I do.

I'm most definitely with you re tripe sylv! Looks absoutely
disgusting! :eek:


Poor Douglas - in the dog house again! Mind you it's so
hard remembering that he's still a puppy especially as he
growing so quickly. Lucky he didn't chew the actual glasses!


My daughters spaniel can also be very naughty but quickly uses
the puppy dog eyes and butter wouldn't melt look technique
when she's reprimanded! :rotfl:

So behind, and about to get further behind as will have to stop comping so much for a while so that I can study (got an exam in November).

Lea I didn't win anything for four months and was entering lots of comps but then I started winning. As others have said treat it as a hobby. Enter and forget. Hope you are lucky soon.

Alfie yuck to tripe. I do remember ut as a child but don't think I ever tried it. Pleased you are progressing with decorating. Agree with you about the weather.

No GS today, washing, ironing and cleaning with coffee breaks for comping.

We were lucky yesterday. Took GS to a different park with a very high climbing frame and a long slide. He was delighted. DH and I stood anxiously around watching.

Morning, kids don't seem to have any fear leanfun, it's us that worry and panic..lol.
