:hello: Good morning everyone
Hope you're all ok.
It's another glorious weather day here
- I expect it'll be much the same as yesterday - very warm
and sunny.

Sounds as if you had a wonderful day yesterday with your
GS leanfun. :T There were quite a few peeps out and about
here over the weekend making the most of the weather. I
treated to myself to an ice cream too - was lovely and
refreshing - not quite as humongous as wingo's scrumptious,
mouth-watering & heavenly  ice cream! :rotfl:
I'm so very pleased that your DD2 is not going to that
dreadful school wingo - I agree with leanfun re cost. I just
know that your daughter will do well at the new school. :T
Can't believe it's almost a year since your DD started
Nurse training sheils! Please pass on my congratulations
to her for doing so well in all the exams, assignments
etc. Absolutely brilliant! :T:T
Well - must be time for a cuppa.
Have a lovely and
lucky day all and please take care.

Evening peeps. Hope you are all well. Was going to go out for a stroll but it suddenly got very dark and it is now tipping it down. FF your crusty soup made me laugh so much I ended up with a stitch in my side. Really cheered me up. Thinking about getting the iron and ironing board out (only thinking) Don't have much to iron but it is a job I hate doing so don't tend to let it pile up. Hope everyone who needed to catch up on comps has caught up. Have a nice evening everybody.0

I had one of those 'where did the time go?' days today. Some reviews written for Amazon, a chat with a colleague (I work from home), and then at midday, my DLA to PIP forms arrived - I'm disabled, I have arthritis as a consequence of my 'one sided' cerebral palsy.
Not much to report on the comps/survey/prize draws front but hope all others are busy lining up some good surprises.Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... Good evening, late in again today. Been really busy, GD wanted a bag to take to Spain when she goes to school which is immediately we get back from Filey. Also went shopping this morning and of course a cup of coffee. Family were here for tea so we have roast chicken dinner.
Still got my irong to do, can't imagine how anyone can enjoy the job LOL.
Think I will have an early night as I was still awake at 3 this morning.
Enjoy the rest of the evening everyone.BIG THANKS TO ALL WHO POST THE COMPETITIONS0 -
I have a new job, as an online English Instructor. I have taught English and Maths online for the last eight years, and my present post is coming to an end. The relief is enormous. Good Morning,
Upsetting to waken up to the Manchester news. I always worry nowadays when my "kids" go to concerts etc. Mind you , DS1 in his office in Sydney was affected when the cafe shooting happened a while back so these things can happen anywhere - so sad. Mobiles are so handy for setting our minds at rest when something happens.
On brighter side, Mcculloch, really glad you have got a new job.
Sun shining away here so think we will take a picnic to a local NTS garden and have a bit of a walk there. Got to go to Wilkos for a few things too which isn't far from it.
Good luck all.
