Just to clarify - I started this post to get thoughts and insights from others who may have been in a similar situation, as I felt I was getting mixed signals from him.
I don't want to get into a debate about whether sleeping with him was right or wrong - it was something we both wanted to do and we are both old enough to know what we were doing!
We have still been talking this week and have had lunch together. Our friendship is still in tact and it has not been difficult at work as we both respect each other enough to make sure it doesn't become a problem.
