Maybe a bit silly question but am not sure who would be MA and how can I contact them?
Whats the chances they will actually go to the court if I ignore them after they declined my appeal?
    Big?
    Nope, tiny:

    http://www.bmpa.eu/companydata/TSP_Car_Park_Management.html

This is a small fry company, a one-woman band firm with almost no court experience. The BMPA says:

''Run and owned by Julie Ann Plinston formerly Shatliff.''

    Shatliff?!! :rotfl:

So your advice guys is, just defo ignore them?
What can I expect in that case? Anything else before the "court invoice"?
    More "warnings" from them?

Tomorrow is exactly 14days from their discounted "offer" to pay the PCN. :/

Ok, thank you guys for the help!
Will gonna wait and update the thread if we receive something else. :)
  • Hi There

I am currently in the same boat - initial letter from TSP re fine for not displaying my permit - they have now passed to debt collectors ZZPS, I think I have received about 4 letters so far.
My plan is to ignore this unless I get court papers.

Companies like this drive me mad!

Actually, I think LadyJane was just offering some support, not asking for advice and, if she gets some result or developments that would help OP, it would actually be better for OP if she keeps OP informed on this thread.

Of course, if she needs help, she should open her own thread

    Ayup guys,

    lil update.
So after I got the ticket 26.01.2017.
and send them appeal which they didn't accept.
I didn't get any response or warning letters on my address afterwards.

Is there any time window in which they are mandatory to send these by the law?
    Statue of limitations?

    Thanks

Six years till they are then barred from starting a court claim.

Nope, this Country lets them act as cowboys:

They can do what they like because the Government and the Supreme Court enabled them. SHAME on those institutions.
