The wind has picked up, but the sun is also out.

Hope your back eases soon, maybe snuggle with a hot water bottle and puppy dog.

    Definitely treat yourself!

I have had problems with my back since my 20’s so I’ve learned to live with it over the years. Sitting in any chair even my ergonomic one now arrived makes it worse & I can’t stand for long either. I can walk for about an hour without pain. Have been laid down since got back from the pond so it has eased a bit. Am looking forward to a kebab tonight

    I Believe.....
That it isn't always enough, to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery
Today is a gift. That's why it is called the present.

happiness isn't achieved by getting extra things,
but by getting rid of the things that make you unhappy

I know what you mean about your back.

Never have kebab meat, chips and a side salad, I can't move now!

Have fed the dog and she is now snoozing. I have a cup of tea and will then try to get some more sleep. Have been awake since 4am.

So, it’s a BH weekend and I will be home with no work for 3 days so must stay occupied!

List of jobs so far (over 3 days)

    -hoover dog carpet
    -hoover living room & sofa
    -hoover kitchen tiled floor
    -mop kitchen tiled floor
    -mop bathroom
    -Clean behind back of microwave
-Clear living room (looks like pc world at the moment!) of empty pc boxes & unused equipment & cables
    -charity bag into shed
-bits of wood from utility into shed
    -scrub & disinfect patio

Still windy out there but dry. Will also put a wash on. Right ... off to try and sleep till 8 then will walk the dog. Have a good weekend ☺️

Morning! You forgot to add feet up as one of tasks, as that's a fair bit of physical tidying SYA.

Have a great long weekend 😊
