Parking Dispute

Well when I say Business vehicles one is for Window Cleaning and the other is for home ironing and both got the same business name so I would take a guess it is their own little business rather than working for a company.
Yeah I just do not like inconsiderate people who think because they do not use their garage, park their personal car on the drive that they have a right to park the business vehicles in spaces not allocated for them.
I mean if they actually had of asked then probably would have all agreed it is fine to park there in the day when most of us at work and just move when a visitor comes etc0 -
Well I have various extreme measure I can take but for now I am going to stick 2 signs on each space saying Resident and their Visitors only.
I know they know as me and a Neighbour last week when off in the week parked both our cars in Visitors when or own 2 spaces were empty and I saw them go to drive in and then had to turn around and come out and park on the street.0 -

Plus there is someone who regularly comes visiting one of the flats who only have 1 space and they have to park on the street quite a bit away as to not block anyone.
Each to their own if you don't mind then fair enough but it is also principal and not just ignoring something that is wrong just because it may not affect you at all or much
But if the visitor spots are taken by other visitors, where would yours park?0 -
Down the road which is fine as the visitor spots are taking by people who are meant to park there.
I think you need to read my posts and understand what I am saying. I have never said I want the visitor spots to myself did I?0 -

They park in a spot thats not yours and you don't use. Well you did once to !!!! them off. I don't see why it's such a big issue.0 -
Just stop commenting mate as if you do not think there is an issue then do not comment as my post is for people who actually think this is an issue.
Also do not make comments when you have no facts or read my posts. If you want to get down to who has more rights then you will find I have the right to use and they don't.0 -

Well technically you don't have any rights to park there as you're not a visitor.0 -
You wanna bet, show me the facts that say that which you have none.
Please if you are going to make statements at least back it up with proof otherwise stop commenting useless comments really to what I was asking0 -

There you go.New_Guy_2016 wrote: »Hi All,
Wondering if I can get some help before taking any action on my parking problem. Basically I bought a house in a new build by Miller which has a parking area which has allocated bays for certain properties and then 2 Visitor spaces. It compromises of 3 house and 3 flats. The houses get 2 allocated parking spaces and the flats 1. Then there are the 2 visitor spaces.
All residents and their guests are quite good at parking where they should so no problem there. The issue is a house 2 doors down which has a driveway and a garage and no allocated bays in this parking area have started parking both their business vehicles in the visitors spots.
Now I am pretty sure they do not have a right to park in here and it was a bit annoying when they used to used 1 Visitor space but now they are using both I feel they are taking advantage.
I have made some signs which clearly say these spaces are for residents and their visitors only. I plan on sticking them up in the spaces and giving them the benefit of the doubt that they are unaware(although I doubt this).
But as their are no signs like you usually see in these parking areas that say resident only, I wanted to check my rights and was there any small chance they were allowed to park in here. But even so to take up both visitors spaces every day/night is still out of order in my opinion.
Thanks for any help in advance
You have two allocated spaces. There are two further spaces for the visitors to any of the six properties. You're a resident not a visitor
Until you show us your deeds we can only go on the information you provide.0 -
Wrong again,
Those spaces are in my deeds saying I have a right to use them and as stated never said I owned them but you did. I responded by saying I had a right to use them and the other neighbour does not. So again you have posted up something which does not prove your point or go against what I was saying.
This post is about what I can do as this other neighbour has no rights to use them and says in my deeds I do.
So you comment with saying it is not an issue and then try and say I do not own them. Your 1st point is your opinion so why comment at all if you disagree with my initial post and your 2nd post is telling my I do now own them which I never said I did. I am stating about rights is use which I have and the Neighbour does not.
You are clearly not here to help as you are stating stuff which I have never said and your own opinion on whether it is an issue or not which I never asked for0
