  • Not for me I'm afraid, can't stand the beams. Seems a weird mixture of styles. Definitely needs work doing but I think you'd struggle to get any continuity throughout. If they're struggling to sell, so will you.

If the beams were fake and could be removed would that make a big difference?

I doubt there's any question that the beams are fake.

It is a 2 bed bungalow with a loft conversion and some radiators. Not every room has a radiator so partial heating. Is it gas or are they storage heaters? The bathroom is terrible and there is a strange long thin corridor on the side that isn't anything.

How much do two bed bungalows sell for in that area?

    It's gas central heating.

Difficult to say. I'd estimate £230K. It's a very good area, though. Village location.

Yes, there is a corridor. Probably extra storage.

Partial central heating. There is a even a mention of a radiator space in the description.

beams have to go, kitchen is annoying, its functionally ok, but it would need to go. I'd treat it as a full refurbishment project but in better condition than most. Looks good for the money to me, done up a retired couple would jump at the chance.

No they wouldn't. It is on a main road so will be noisy. It is on a bus route. It is not in Lambley. It is on the main road between Arnold and Lambley. You can buy a bungalow in Lambley for the same amount of money as this is. Depending on the speed limit on the road it could be quite dangerous pulling out of the drive.

Correct, it's not in the village itself but known as a decent road to live on. It's nowhere near as busy as the one it heads towards in Mapperley, though.

i'd check to see if that field is going to stay a field; you could end up living next door to a building site and lose that view. maybe that's why no-one has made an offer.
