@Suffolk_lass wonderful to hear about your bee adventures! Cash machines, eh...the banks need to spend some money on infrastructure management, given all the branches they've closed in recent years. Hope you stay bug-free. Love Humdinger xx4

Quick update to add there is no pending transaction for cash on the account this morning. Rather like the Queen, he will refer all spending to his finance partner (as he referred to me yesterday in the restaurant)!Save £12k in 2025 #2 I am at £4863.32 out of £6000 after May (81.05%)

I think we will plant a few outdoor tender seeds so they can do their thing while we are away.
In the meantime we have a batch of HM not-cross buns to consume (neighbour I made them for is away!) so will need to build in the baking of cake tomorrow instead, so that he can take them in to work (at the local A&E/Covid hospital) on Tuesday. As for the double batch of rock cakes... they will have to be shared wth DS but much cake here!Save £12k in 2025 #2 I am at £4863.32 out of £6000 after May (81.05%)

Just made a Mary Berry lemon traybake recipe (with limes instead) but used muffin paper cases to make it more straightforward. Two are not iced, having run out as less juice in a lime! We might have to eat a couple We need to stay strong and not eat any.
Today's prep:- lots of plant deliveries
- few seeds to plant
- diesel to buy
- packing to be done
- bed to be made up in double room for DS
- cook a use-up meal that doesn't leave festering fresh veg that DS will ignore
- maybe shop for a few treats for DS
